Limassol
Our client is a Cyprus Investment Company (CIF), and a part of a global group which offers investment and technology services and they are looking for an Office Administrator to join their team based in Limassol.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Co-ordinate and manage the CEO's diary, appointment reminders and scheduling
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments/expenses etc
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Support leaves and payrol procedures
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Requirements:
At least 1 year experience in s similar role
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
Fluent in English and Greek
Working hours:
9am- 6pm Monday- Friday
