Our client is a Corporate Service Provider based in Nicosia and they are currently looking to recruit a dynamic individual in the role of Accountant, the ideal candidate will be a university graduate to train as a Chartered or Certifed Accountant, or candidates currently employment for the past 2-3 years.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of mainly international clients
Respond to client requests timely and effectively
Process accounting ledger transactions
Perform reconciliations of control accounts, including all bank, debtor and creditor accounts
Prepare all necessary reports and analysis within agreed deadlines
Preparation and submission of VAT and VIES forms
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
Professional qualification/ part-qualification, such as ACA/ACCA/CPA desirable.
Strong working experience.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use Excel efficiently to achieve objectives.
Able to prioritize, work to deadlines and oversee a multitude of tasks.
Self-starter and able to work on own initiative.
Exceptional team player.
Proactive, professional, customer service oriented, with good organizational skills.
Fluent in spoken and written English and Greek language
Salary budgeted :
From 1400 Euros gross (graduate) to 2400 Euros gross (partly qualified) based on skills and experience
Working hours:
Monday to Thursday from 8:30 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 17:30 and on Friday 8:30 to 14:00
