Our client is one of the leading FX Trading companies and they are looking to hire a Back Office Supervisor to join their team based in Limassol.
Responsibilities:
Oversees the daily execution of tasks relating to client deposits, cashouts and
account maintenance
Supervises, prioritizes and organizes the back office teamfs daily work
Reports to, and supports the Back Office Manager
Provides regular progress and management reporting, including KPI and SLA
reports
Collaborates with other internal departments
Proactively measures and monitors processes
improvement opportunities both process and technical;
Coordinates and drives investigations / analysis on KYC challenges / issues
Maintains accurate records of procedures and tasks
Expected to take initiative, delegate effectively, and communicate clearly, to drive the departments goals
Requirements:
Experience in back office administration/ accounting
Good knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
English at mother tongue level
Capacity to work under pressure and with strict deadlines
Strong sense of professionalism, organizational and analytical skills
Self-learner and highly motivated individual
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Relevant academic degree . Advantage
Statistical analyses experience - Advantage
