Licensed Cyprus Investment Firm (brokerage) is looking for a Compliance and Risk Manager for its office in Limassol.
Job Description:
- Updating company’s internal policies and procedures in accordance with the most recent regulatory changes (“Internal Operations Manual”, “AML Manual”, etc.).
- Monitoring company’s operations to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Adopting measures and controls in line with AML/TF legislation.
- Preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly and annual reports to CySEC.
- Acting as a point of contact for all compliance-related matters.
- Following up on the latest legislative developments and integrating them into the company’s policies and procedures.
- Onboarding clients and performing client KYC checks.
- Monitoring client operations for compliance with AML/TF legislation.
- Identification and reporting suspicious transactions to MOKAS (if any).
- Updating company’s Risk Management policy in line with the business development.
- Applying risk-based approach to the company’ operations.
- Bringing to the attention of the Board any potential risks the company is facing.
- Preparation and submission of Risk management reports to the Board and CySEC.
Qualifications Required:
CySEC Advanced Certificate
· Previous experience in a similar position in a CIF
· Fluency in English and Russian, both verbal and written
· Eligible to work in Cyprus
