Duties include providing service and troubleshooting for first-level issues.
Key Requirements:
· BA in Computer Science
· Knowledge and experience in Windows OS and MS Office Suite
· In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
· Knowledge and experience in computer applications and computer hardware
· CCNA or MCSA certifications are advantage
· Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Excellent communication ability
· High proficiency in English (both verbal and written)
