Our client is a Marketing & Telecom Services and Value-Added Services Company in Larnaca. The company is looking for a Sales Manager with experience in Telecom Industry and VAS. The first contract will be for 6 months but the aim is to get a permanent contract after these 6 months. The company is looking for someone who can start immediately or very soon. This role is a B2B role and it does not include targets. The important part are the deadlines and negotiations instead of hardcore selling. We are looking for a dynamic person with the necessary experience in the telecom industry and Value Added Services & solutions. A track record of delivering complex digital solutions is essential as is intimate knowledge of the advertising and media space.

Responsibilities:
Business Development
Work with and develop prospect database within specified business sectors
Mentor and expand Sales team (with using the technical experience from the Telecom industry)
Develop a business execution plan to build relationships with key prospects and telecom companies
Make associations and partnerships with other telecom partners around the globe
Understand a prospect’s business needs and develop a tailored marketing proposal using our VAS solutions, drawing on expert internal resource as required
Work closely with Marketing to identify appropriate go to market messaging for specific business sector
Analyze results, and report periodically

Requirements:
Telecom and VAS service background
Proven track record hitting and exceeding sales/business targets
Excellent client & partner handling skills
Strategic mind-set focused around a value-add sales approach
Agile and creative approach to business development
Good education and Business school background
Proven track record in consultative selling
Excellent Digital marketing knowledge
Broad and thorough knowledge of telecom industry and VAS services
B2B sales experience (Ideally in telecom industry)
Leadership qualities and good mentorship abilities to train, lead, and inspire.
Driven and motivated by results
Strong presenter, negotiator, and influencer
Excellent written skills
Organized with good attention to detail
A self-starter who can spot new trends and opportunities

The working hours are 8am – 5pm or 9am – 6pm (sometimes the hours can change, but this will rarely happen).
