Our client is a CySEC regulated Forex Company with a new office in Limassol. They are now looking to employ highly representative Office manager – Secretary. The office has an inhouse canteen. The work will be 50% in December and fulltime from January.
Responsibilities:
Personal assistant to the MD
Reception desk
Day to day issues
Appointments
Talking to suppliers/landlord/building maintenance
Administration
Petty cash
Office supplies
Documents/couriers etc.
Requirements:
Highly representative
Greek and English speaking
Relevant working experience
Excellent communication skills
The working hours are 9am – 6pm
