CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a newly established Global communications and marketing company with regional offices in Larnaca, we are seeking to recruit a bright and talented Junior Data Analyst to join their expanding team of professionals. The successful applicant should have an academic background in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analysis and/or Software Engineering and have excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate business reports.
- Identify problems and work with Management to improve processes and performance.
- Use data to create models that depict trends, and recommend innovations.
- Liaise with IT & Software Engineers to streamline methods and therefore maximise results.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent training in Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Engineering.
- Sharp and nimble analytical mind and attentive to details.
- Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information.
- Any previous experience in data analysis or business data analysis will be considered a significant advantage, however graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Passion for numbers and statistics, but able to think 'outside the box'.
- Excellent computer skills, particularly Excel advanced.
- Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team.
- Strong inter-personal and problem-solving skills.
