Job Description
Our client is a well established leading investment firm with offices in Limassol as well as in London, UAE and more. They are currently looking to add to their team a Maintenance Technician. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of maintenance and repair functions, including but not limited to building, plumbing, electrical and painting if necessary
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair equipment or facility parts, test and make adjustments
- Read and interpret equipment manuals to perform required maintenance and service
- Implement preventative maintenance measures and perform regular preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities
- Maintain inventory of repaired equipment, supplies, facility parts
- Regular quality check equipment to ensure that everything is in working order
- Search, select and contract specialists when needed
- Request, collect and evaluate quotations for maintenance and repair functions or other related purchases
- Coordinate efforts regarding maintenance and repair to make sure all tasks are completed in a timely fashion
- Respond quickly in the event of an emergency and notify appropriate personnel
- Act as on-call handyman on Company’s maintenance needs
- Create and maintain a health and safety system including risk assessments and inspect its implementation
- Comply with safety regulations and report any issues related to health and safety to the management
- Perform outside work activities in order to purchase materials, tools or equipment related to the duties
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience
- Very good command of the Greek and English languages
