Job Description

Our client is a modern, leading-edge Aircraft Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) Service Company based in Larnaca. They are currently looking for an Finance manager/ Controller to add to their team.

Job Responsibilities

• In charge of the finance department including managing the bookkeeping and the payroll department.
• In charge of all financial processes in the company including: payments to suppliers, payments with credit card, recording revenues, payroll, closing monthly management reports.
• Managing, planning and controlling of the company budget and analysis of budget vs. actual.
• Planning and managing the cash flow of the company.
• In charge of reporting the financial statement of the company according to International GAAP including annual tax reports.
• In charge of reporting the internal management reports (BS, P&L, CF) on a monthly basis.
• Assist to the CEO and COO of the company with price proposal to customers.
• Implementation of a new financial ERP system (Priority) in the group including interfaces with the operational ERP system.
• Perform other general financial duties as needed.

Requirements

• ACCA
• University/College graduate degree in Finance and/or Accounting and/or Economics.
• At least three years experience as an Accountant in Big 4 offices (Manager level).
• At least one year as a controller/finance manager in a Cypriot company.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Experience in ERP system will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel.
• Must be responsible and self-managed.
• Must have business orientation.
• Must be detail oriented, organizational skills with high level of accuracy.
