Job Description

Our client is a licensed investment firm regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission and the Financial Services Board (South Africa) and they are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team based in Nicosia.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support
Communicate with clients via phone, email and online chat
Assist clients with queries on technical, onboarding and other matters and following up as necessary, ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction
Maintain detailed knowledge of the Company products, trading platforms and trading terms and conditions
Deal with client complaints promptly and effectively
Keep the Company systems up to date with records of interactions and communication with clients
Provide Management with feedback on prospective and actual client expectations and with ideas for the further growth of the business
Liaise with internal teams for examining queries and ensure quality service delivery
Adhere to the Code of Conduct and the standards set for all client communications

Requirements:
University Degree or College Diploma in a relevant field
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
Client focused with excellent customer service
A broad understanding of the financial markets and trading
Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport especially through telephone communication
Fluency in English
Fluency in reading, writing and speaking in any one of the following languages: German, Spanish, Arabic
Enthusiastic, trustworthy, self-motivated and a ‘selling’ mindset
Target-oriented, competitive and success-driven
Team player
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Very good organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize
Ability to work in shifts on a rotation basis 24/5 Monday- Friday (08:00-17:00, 09:00-18:00, 16:00-24:00).
