Job Description

Our client, a Forex company based in Limassol, is currently looking for Conversion Agents  that are fluent in English. The successful candidate will have previous experience in the sales field and will be fluent in English.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads and develop them into clients of the Company
• Make welcome calls and follow-up calls to new clients
• Communicate marketing promotions to clients
• Provide training about the Company platform and about financial markets to clients
• Build trust with the clients
• Increase the number of verified clients and depositors
• Meet personal and team targets
• Promote Company's brand
• Perform any other tasks related to the position as provided by the direct manager.

Requirements

•  Experience as an Account Manager
•  Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of the CFD & Crypto industry
• Ability to work independently
• Self-motivated and target-oriented individual
• Team player
• Experience with tracking and analytical tools
• High level of English and fluency in Arabic
