We are looking to recruit a Native German speaking Customer Support Agent to join our team.

Required Qualifications

Daily tasks include:

  1. Dealing directly with clients inquires via live chat, email and telephone
  2. Assisting with the process of obtaining client documentation
  3. Handling calls and incoming requests from clients
  4. Coordinating with the sales team and other relevant departments to properly and effectively assist clients
  5. Informing the clients about company’s KYC procedures

Job Requirements:

  1. Fluent in Swedish / German / English / Italian / Dutch / Polish – written & verbal
  2. Customer service oriented
  3. Excellent communication skills– written & verbal
Other Requirements

Desirable Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in the Forex industry
  2. Prior experience in a similar position
  3. Knowledge of MT4 platform
  4. IT literate preferably Microsoft Office
