Job Description
Our client is a Financial Technology company with offices in Ukraine and Cyprus, that is currently looking to hire a Service desk supervisor for their office in Limassol, Cyprus. The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role and good knowledge English.
JOB DUTIES:
- Service desk supervision
- Regular reporting about service desk status
- Monitoring of SLA compliance within the department
- Resolve problems or escalate as necessary in a timely manner
- Team motivation and development
- Approval of specifications for new processes and documents (instruction, scripts, scenarios, reports)
- ยท Review and update Service Desk knowledge-base regarding processes and procedures
Required Qualifications
- English language (Intermediate or above)
- At least 2 years of previous experience at IT Service Desk
- Ability to communicate clearly at a technical and end-user levels
- Being proactive in delivering high-quality customer service, work under pressure and also independently if required
- Bachelor degree
- ITIL certification is an advantage
- Experience with Zoho, reporting in Zoho.
