Job Description
Our client is a Financial Technology company with offices in Ukraine and Cyprus, that is currently looking to hire a first level support specialist for their office in Limassol, Cyprus. The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role and good knowledge English.
JOB DUTIES:
- Solve and handle incoming tickets in the Service desk
- Execute requests assigned to first level of support
- Review and update Service Desk knowledge-base regarding processes and procedures
- Support for other service desk levels during live time of incident.
- Monitoring of SLA compliance within the department
- Script execution
Required Qualifications
- English language (Intermediate or above)
- Fluency in Russian is a must
- Previous experience at IT Service Desk as an advantage
- Ability to communicate clearly at a technical and end-user levels
- Network communication knowledge (OSI, TCP/IP)
- Linux OS experience
- Being proactive in delivering high-quality customer service
- Experience with Zoho.
