CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a progressive international Investment firm offering brokerage services across various affiliates and subsidiaries, we are seeking to recruit a suitably Qualified Senior Trade Support Engineer to join their expanding team of professionals based in Limassol. The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of FinTech Services and very good knowledge of trading platforms.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Online Trading Application Admin and support.
- Bridge, FIX engine Admin and support.
- Monitor and maintain Trading Environment, platforms, and Trading Infrastructure.
- Manage trading Infrastructure.
- Configure, Manage and Maintain, ongoing audit, improvements for trading platforms (MT4/MT5/Celer, and other platforms).
- Configure, Manage and Maintain, ongoing audit, improvements for aggregation engines (PXM/OZ/Celer API, and other) includ API Clients Onboarding, LPs onboarding, Products onboarding.
- Configure, Manage and Maintain, ongoing audit, improvements for third party / vendors.
- Onboarding, Manage, maintain trading Infrastructure (MQ platforms/MT4/MT5, FIX providers/PrimeXM/OneZero, API clients).
- Closely work with Trading and Risk management to facilitate the daily requirements.
- Troubleshooting internal and external queries.
- Trade Investigations and Trades reconciliation.
- Develop policies, procedures and documentations for each process, platform, functionality and diagram for the trading infrastructure.
- Apply the best practice and Ideal setup for the trading infrastructure (platforms, aggregators, vendors) in terms of structure, security and failover setup.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Very good knowledge of MQ trading platforms (MT4 and MT5) and/or other platforms.
- Very good knowledge in Aggregation engines and FIX providers like (PrimeXM and OneZero) and/or other platforms.
- FinTech Services, Financial Markets and business understanding (FX, CFD’s, LPs).
- Good knowledge Microsoft Office and SQL.
- Tools and platforms (wiki pages, ticketing system, etc.).
- Development skills and understanding is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible working hours and shift rotations.
