Our team is growing, and we are currently looking to recruit Back Office Agents to join us in the Limassol offices. Prior experience for at least 6 months in a similar role it's a big plus. If you are willing and fully motivated for this job opportunity send us now your CV.
Main Duties and responsibilities:
• Communication and coordination with different departments
• Monitoring of correct workflow such as: Deposits and withdrawal procedure on company internal systems
• Analysis (KYC procedures, risks)
• Co – ordination with clients for payments and issue resolution
• Handling of customer e-mails and calls
Requirements:
• University degree in economics/finance/business or in a related field (preferable but not a must )
• Fluent in English – Written and verbal (Native speaker would be preferred)
• Computer literate – very good knowledge of Microsoft office Excel and Word
• Good communication and monitoring skills
• Able to work in a high-pressure environment and work to deadlines
• Relevant experience in the forex industry will be considered an advantage
• Any other language will be considered an advantage
• Attention to detail
• Previous experience in a similar role it's a must
