Our client is a CySEC regulated European online STP brokerage and they are looking to hire a Senior Dealer for their office based in Limassol.
Responsibilities:
Monitor the risk management system of the company
Define hedging strategies
Manage liquidity providers
Monitor company's exposure and take decisions accordingly
Generate reporting
Responsible to interact with admins and troubleshoot any issues that arise in the day-to-day operations of the client and broker business
Responsible for all trading activities, integrations and further trading technologies development
Responding, investigating and resolving various incidents related to many systems
Required to work in shifts 24/5
Requirements:
A University graduate of Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business or any other relevant field.
Minimum 1 years of solid experience in Forex CIF
Knowledge of MT4 platform
CySEC certification or willing to take the exam
A strong understanding of best execution policies and procedures
Fluent in English (Verbal & Written)
Strong understanding of MS Excel.

Strong communication & organizational skills.
Attention to detail and procedures.
