Sales & Retention Account Manager Positions
Our client a leading CySec registered STP Forex Trading Company based in Limassol, announces new openings due to their current expansion for the following positions:
• Sales Account Managers
• Taking overall responsibility for the company’s clients
• Contact new clients ensuring they receive the highest level of service
• Generating new business
• Following up on client matters
• Customer Service and relationship management
• Client-related administration and account opening
• Assisting Compliance with the processing of Know-Your-Client and AML Anti Money Laundry documentation
• Flexible working hours 08:00–16:30 & 11:00–19:30

• Retention Managers
• Taking overall responsibility for the company’s clients
• Contact existing clients ensuring they receive the highest level of service
• Provide market information
• Have an understanding of Fundamental & Technical Analysis
• Provide help and training on Meta Trader platform
• Generating and retaining clients
• Following up on client matters
• Customer Service, including Customer retention and relationship management
• Flexible working hours 08:00–16:30 & 11:00–19:30
Required Skills:
• Fluent knowledge (written and spoken) of English PLUS one or more of the following languages:
French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Arabic, Russian, Chinese
• A University or College degree preferred but not essential
• Experience in Forex (Sales or Retention) guarantees an interview
• Previous sales experience is a must
• Computer literate.
• Previous experience with CRM systems
• Excellent communication skills, strong personality and self-directed
• Ability to work towards targets and in a demanding toward in a dynamic and fast paced environment
.
Package offered by employer:
• Working Days: Monday – Friday
• Basic Salary will be €1300 -1700 gross based on experience and languages
• Commission percentage on targets –uncapped
• 13th salary
