Our client is a multinational financial services firm specialising in Forex, CFDs, Commodities, Spot Metals and Binary Options. They are seeking to employ a motivated individual to assume the role of Sales Manager – Asia Market
Job Description:
• Sales team performance supervising, managing and monitoring
• Business development and involvement with the Company’s sales and marketing strategy
• Client handling and ensuring excellent support is delivered by the team
• Responsible for the day to day operation of the sales team
• Responsible for management information systems and ensuring sales achieve their monthly and yearly targets
• Responsible for coordinating the sales and customer support training

Person Specification:
• A University Degree in Finance/ MBA or related field
• A proven track record of sales achievements and 5 years managerial experience in sales
• Prior experience in Financial Services, FX or Binaries market is a must
• Native speaker in the Mandarin and/ or Cantonese language
• Excellent knowledge of the English language, both oral and written
• Strong leadership and influencing skills
• Excellent communication skills
Remuneration: An attractive salary and benefits package will be offered to the successful candidate
