Limassol
Our client is one of the most established Forex companies with their offices located in the centre of Limassol.
We are seeking to recruit on their behalf Customer Care Officers who are native in one of the following languages
- Portuguese
- Italian
- French
- German
- Polish
- Spanish
- Arabic
The positions do involve a weekly rotating shift bases working Monday – Friday as follows
8.00am – 4.30pm
4.00pm – 00.30am
Plus, once a month you will be expected to work either one Saturday or Sunday with a day of in lieu.
Job Description
- Dealing with clients’ inquiries via live chat, email and telephone
- Assisting clients with queries and questions
- Resolving product and service related issues promptly and professionally
- Promoting available products and services to clients
- Interacting with other departments
- Contributing to team effort by achieving targeted results
Required Skills & Experience
- Degree in a business-related field
- Min. 2 years’ experience in a similar job role
- Fluency in English and in any of the following languages: Portuguese, Italian, French, German, Polish, Spanish, or Arabic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding customer communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent computer literacy
- EU status or the right to live and work in Cyprus
