Job Description
Position Summary
This position reports directly to the BTC General Manager and is responsible for the management of all Bergquist Manufacturing Services (BMS) operations by performing duties personally or through subordinates. The BMS Operations Manager develops, implements, and manages high-quality, high-efficiency manufacturing operations designed to enable the use of Bergquist products and materials in customer applications.
Job Requirements
Exceptional leadership skills that are demonstrated by achieving desired results through others, and building an effective management team through coaching and mentoring.
Proficient in Excel , Word, Outlook , 1C
Fluent in English and Greek
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for payments, transactions, data processing,
Working with 1C program,
Interaction with clients.
Manage supervisory staff to conduct the operations of the business
Personal abilities: Mindfulness, diligence, analytical mind,
Organization skills
Ability to work under pressure.
Education:
B.S. or B.A. degree in Management, Engineering, Operations or related technical field.
