Job Description
• Monthly/quarterly reporting. Producing accurate financial reports at Group and Business Unit levels to specific deadlines.
• Preparing Revenue and Cash Flow forecasts, and manage the budgeting activity of the Business Units of the company.
• Ensuring diligent and timely invoicing to all Group customers.
• Preparation /review of monthly bank account reconciliations.
• VAT and Tax submissions in all jurisdictions.
• Liaising with external legal advisors and auditors to ensure Statutory Compliance for all Group subsidiary companies.
• Managing and developing the Accounts team.
• Continuous analysis of the cost structure and recommendations for optimization.
• Developing and maintaining external relationships with appropriate contacts e.g. auditors, bankers and statutory organizations.
• Providing financial advice and support to the Group CEO and Business Unit Managers to make sound business decisions.

Required Qualifications
• University Degree in Accounting/Finance or relevant field.
• ACCA/ACA/CPA qualified.
• More than 10 years previous relevant experience with a proven track record in a similar position.
• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• Ability to manage and mentor teams.
• Ability to travel as required to all company locations.
• Highly computer literate, with advanced MS Office skills.
• Good working knowledge with ERP/Accounting systems. Experience in MS Dynamics Navision and Jet reports will be a distinct advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Dynamic, driven and self motivated character.
• Knowledge of Russian or Spanish or Arabic or Greek will be considered a strong advantage.
