Responsibilities
This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join an already established risk management unit. Main duties and responsibilities include:
• Develop and implement operational risk policies and procedures
• Identify the operational risks of the Bank and its subsidiaries
• Assess and monitor the operational risk profile of the Bank and its subsidiaries
• Provide recommendations regarding operational risk mitigation
• Develop and maintain Operational Loss Database
• Identify, measure and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
• Coordinate Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) workshops
• Provide training and support to Operational Risk liaisons
Profile of the ideal candidate
• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Risk Management/ Finance/ Economics/ Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a bank is a must.
• Experience in operational risk identification, assessment and monitoring will be considered an advantage
• Critical thinking with attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
• High levels of persistence
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Very good knowledge of Greek and English
