- Coordinate daily administrative operations
- Obtains and utilizes, for the purpose of applying the provisions of the relevant laws and regulations and ensuring Company's compliance, data, information and assessment reports issued by international bodies like the Markets in Financial Instruments (MiFID I, MiFID II, MiFIR), European Markets Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR), Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) / Common Reporting Standard (CRS); Financial Action Task Force (FATF), knowledge of Cyprus AML law relating to key areas of responsibility
- Coordination, review and maintenance of agreements and any legal documents
- Implement compliance procedures for new & existing clients
- Conduct KYC procedures for new clients
- Liaise with auditors, legal advisors, clients and international team members
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with international standards
- Maintain detailed records of compliance activities and databases
- Develop and enforce adequate policies and procedures in order to meet the compliance requirements of CySEC
- Reviewing Company's Marketing Communication and checking if has been prepared in accordancewith legal requirements.
- Prepares an annual plan of inspections to be performed and/or other regular reports that need to be prepared and timing of their submission to the relevant authorities;
- Prepare applications, notifications and record updates for the Cyprus Securities & Exchange
- Commission (CySEC) on behalf of investment firms;
- Ensuring that employees of the Company attend training sessions on compliance th anti-moneylaundering and terrorist financing procedures;
- Staying up-to-date with new laws and industry regulations and advise management on any changes to comply with new requirements
- Working on ad-hoc projects as assigned

- Must hold University degree in Law, Business, Risk, Finance, and/or Accounting
- must have at least 2 years experience working for a Cyprus Investment Firm (CIF) with CySEC license,
- have a full understanding of the Forex industry;
- Undergraduate degree in Law, Business, Risk, Finance, and/or Accounting,
- holder of CySEC Advanced License;
- Good verbal/written skills and presentation skills;
- Efficiency under pressure and consistency in meeting deadlines;
- Ability to maintain good working relations with service providers, external legal advisors and government bodies;
- Fluent in the Russian and English Language (mandatory).
