Overall Purpose of Role:
To efficiently handle all outbound calls from sales leads/registrations, and meet agreed personal targets with regards to sales of company products.
Main Activities & Responsibilities
· To handle new client leads (first contact) daily
· To proactively promote easyMarkets and easy forex products in order to meet established marketing plan goals and annual sales revenue
· To effectively handle the client base to ensure accurate client information and contact details
· To document all prospective enquires, outcomes and follow up on sales opportunities on the client database
· To meet goals, sales quotas and preset activity standards
· To perform any other duties as assigned within their capability
Hours
10am-7pm
· Educated to a good level
· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English – additional languages are considered advantageous
· Proven experience in a sales environment is not essential, emphasis will be placed on whether an individual has a positive attitude and is motivated to succeed
· Demonstrated success in achieving goals
· Comfortable working on the phone with customers in a high-volume call centre environment
