Job Description below:
1. Head of the Operations Department of the company
2. Be responsible for the correspondence between the company and the colleagues in Moscow and Greece.
3. Prepare reports which helps towards the decision making process.
4. Co-operate with staff, colleagues, management, customers, partners or any other, directly or indirectly connected with the outlets, operation and smooth administration.
5. Be able to organise and lead people and solve problems.
6. Help to create a positive atmosphere in the outlets, inspire staff and colleagues constructive attitude towards the customers, company or its ideals.
7. Recruit new staff for the outlets, assist training, concerning procedures, customer service, new products or services, or any other.
8. Be responsible for the management of a group of 10+ colleagues that work in our own offices.
9. Operations Manager is require at least once a week to visit our Agents and Outlets in all over Cyprus.
10. Responsible for the coordination of Social Media pages of the company.

Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor and Master degree on Economics and Marketing or other related field of studies
- Excellent command of English and Greek languages, Russian will be considered as an advantage
- Computer literate (M.S. office applications: excel, word, outlook)
- Previous working experience is not necessary
- Driving License
