Job Description
  • Registration of new client’s accounts in company’s CRM system;
  • Ensure compliance with the company’s anti money laundering procedures;
  • Handling of client funds;
  • Assist internally all departments with any issue related to client funds;
  • Follow the KYC procedure for potential and existing clients;
  • Check KYC documents and activate accounts;
  • Coordinate and cooperate with Compliance department;
  • Process clients withdrawal requests;
  • Monitor of due diligence procedure;
  • Ensure compliance with company policy.
Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage;
  • Fluent speaker of English language and in any other European language will be considered as advantage;
  • Cysec advance certificate is an advantage;
  • Computer literate;
  • Knowledge of Financial markets;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Excellent communication skills.
