 Key Duties/Responsibilities:

·         Collection of documents for KYC

·         Deal directly with clients through email

·         Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handling and resolving them accordingly

·         Monitoring client accounts and ensure validity of KYC documents

Skills:

·         Computer literate

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Must be able to speak English fluently to business standard
