RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support existing clients over the telephone, promote company's offers, guide clients throughout website and provide training on platform's functionalities
- Enhance client base and build customer loyalty
- Offer educational and trading tools to clients
- Be familiar with all the features and benefits of all BullBinary products, services, promotions and trading platforms
- High level of understanding of clients' needs. Ability to assess a client's level of knowledge
- Highly motivated to achieve all target goals set
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluency in English or any of the following languages: Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, Arabic, German
- Computer literacy
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
