An employee working in this position is responsible for product development using Agile methodologies and multi-threading technologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with the management, stakeholders and team members in order to meet strict deadlines;
• Reviewing current systems;
• Presenting ideas for system improvements

• Solid experience with unit testing
• Test-driven development experience
• Minimum 3+ years experience working in Senior Java Developer position
• Strong J2SE programming skills
• Multi-threading
• Experience in TCP/IP networking and sockets programming;
• Skills in a high performance and low latency environments
• Design patterns
• Strong analytical skills required to solve complicated technical problems
• English Language
• S.O.L.I.D. principles of OOD
• BSc in Computer Science
• Experience with JBOSS Netty or Apache Mina projects
• Experience with financial trading / trading platforms development
• Performance optimization
• Working closely with analysts, designers and staff;
• Maintaining the systems once they are up and running;
• An ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced coding environment.
