Job Description

CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a leading technology firm providing solutions to the financial services sector, we are seeking to recruit an experienced and talented Business Development Manager for their team in Limassol. Key Duties/Responsibilities:  

  • Preparing accurate technical and sales documentation and product description of our services
  • Defining and documenting the sales, on-boarding and customer support processes to be followed for our services
  • Liaising with other departments to manage the content and design of our new website
  • Bringing new business ideas and services and working with management to incorporate in our offering
  • Maintaining a solid understanding of our offering and the client's setup details
  • Building and maintaining a solid relationship with the clients through regular calls, emails
  • Providing guidance to clients during the on-boarding process and on-going
  • Updating clients on an on-going basis about the new services and offerings
  • Identifying new business opportunities within the current client base and for new clients
  • Handling contract signing and setup details for new clients
  • Handling client inquiries and setup changes requests, liaising with the right departments
  • Obtaining feedback and updates from the client and escalate to management
  • Managing client expectations when necessary

Key Skills/Experience:  

  • Relevant academic background: computer science or IT, master degree is a plus
  • Proficiency in English
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Business Development / Account Management role within the IT industry preferably from cloud hosting, managed hosting, connectivity services or complimenting technologies market
  • Ability to demonstrate a detailed understanding of solution selling
  • Strong analytical skills enabling to write detailed descriptions of the services
  • Experience with defining company processes and workflows
  • Strong technical background and abilities
  • Excellent all round communication skills
  • Financial Markets knowledge represents a plus
  • Experience in IT sales, IT solution sales, cloud hosting sales, hosting sales, managed services sales, or new business consultancy is a plus
