Job Description
On behalf of one of our clients we are seeking to recruit a Customer Care Officer in Limassol speaking at least one of the following languages:
Portuguese, Italian, French, German, Polish, Spanish, Arabic.
Job Responsibilities
- Dealing with clients’ inquiries via live chat, email and telephone
- Assisting clients with queries and questions
- Resolving product and service related issues promptly and professionally
- Promoting available products and services to clients
- Interacting with other departments
- Contributing to team effort by achieving targeted results
Job Requirements
- Degree in a business-related field
- Experience in a similar role will be a plus
- Fluency in English and in any of the following languages: Portuguese, Italian, French, German, Polish, Spanish, or Arabic
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent computer literacy
- Valid work permit
