Job Purpose:
XTrade Maintenance is passionate about customer service and as part of our commitment to continually improving our customer experience, we now have an exciting opportunity for new Customer Support Officers to join our team based in Limassol.
The successful candidates will be responsible for handling client’s documents, checking and verifying their personal details on a daily basis. The shifts will be 8 hours weekly rotation from Monday – Friday (this includes morning shifts, afternoon shifts, evening and night shifts).
This role would be ideally suited to a candidate who shares our passion for achieving excellence in customer service.
Experience Required:
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and to be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and maintain a pulse on user feedback, share knowledge, provide prompt and proper resolution to technical challenges, and provide meaningful feedback to product teams to make XTrade products better for clients.
