Job Details:
We are looking for an expert Business Development Manager to establish a strong market presence for our new startup through working with business partners worldwide.
A good fit for the BDM role is a person who is passionate, proactive and highly effective at driving projects forward with a strong experience in working with phone apps, websites and internet marketing.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Accomplishing Web project/Phone app objectives by establishing project scope; designing and delivering solutions; leading team members.
- Establishing Web project scope by studying strategic business drivers; discovering and validating business and technical requirements and parameters; obtaining input from subject-matter experts; examining and recommending changes to current business practices; developing and writing proposals.
- Searching for providers and creating new Business partnerships.
- Getting the website and phone app developed and building a team to support the product
- Creating sales and business development strategies.
- Driving traffic and attract new users to our website.
- Assuring that our website and phone app is market competitive through continuous Market Analysis and research.
- Accomplishing work requirements by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching employees
- Identifying work process improvements and following quality and customer-service standards.
- Updating job knowledge by tracking technology and project management advances; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Skills and experience:
- 3+ years of experience in a related role.
- Strong managerial skills
- Strong experience in working with phone apps, websites and internet marketing.
- Proven experience in Marketing, Business Development and Relationship Management.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple work systems and competing priorities
- Ability to demonstrate a detailed understanding of solution selling and marketing.
- Must be a self-starter, with strong creative Marketing skills, and an ability to operate in a dynamic work environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Management or any related field / Master's degree is a plus.
- Proficiency in English
