Our client is one of the leading FX Trading companies that have been in operation for over 10 years globally with a number of offices worldwide and a team of around 50 staff here in Limassol.
The Sales Manager is responsible for the operations of the outbound sales department with primary responsibility for converting leads into depositing customers. The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating activities between the Israel and Cyprus offices. The ideal candidate must be able to motivate, develop and drive a sales team. This involves ensuring individual agent and team success through setting targets and continuous evaluation, constructive coaching and results-oriented motivation.
DUTIES:
- Sets regional as well as individual sales targets
- Motivate team to achieve/surpass targets
- Develop other channels, like IB's (Introducing Brokers) for bringing in new customers
- Collaborates with Marketing department to optimize lead funnel (get better ones, kill bad ones)
- Collaborate with Marketing to create offers to customers to maximize results and increase conversion rates
- Create workflow that maximizes results
- Build/modify compensation plans to motivate salespeople
- Recruit qualified salespeople.
- Oversee training plan. Ensure ongoing training
- Formulate sales policies, practices and procedures
- Perform quality control on salespeople to ensure the accuracy of information provide and compliance with regulations
- Develop budgets and monitor results taking corrective action as necessary
- Work with other company-wide departments to resolve problems and discuss opportunities
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years experience in managing a sales team, preferably in FX industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coaching and development skills, superb customer service/sales skills, as well as analytical/problem solving skills
- Aggressive, self-motivated personality
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint Outlook proficient.
- Ability to work under stress
- Good organizational skills
- Team player
