On behalf of our client, a CySEC regulated provider of Forex trading solutions, we are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Back Office for its Limassol office.
Description:
- Process KYC verification for potential and existing Clients
- Knowledge in electronic verification provider
- Keep electronic record for clients
- Dealing with clients payment and Deposits
- Preparing reports
- Liaise with head of back office
- Liaising with all departments to resolve issues
-Give first line assistance in making sure the company is compline according to the Cyprus regulation
- Performing other tasks related to back office provided by Head of Back Office
- Take immediate actions to resolve the discrepancies and notifying to the concern person to take appropriate actions and to resolve issues
- Day to day management of all processes and procedures relating to deposits, withdrawals, credits, settlement and documentation
- Deposits / placements and receipt of deposits and help in preparing client’s payments
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English
- Any other languages will consider advantage
- At least 2 years’ experience within the forex / Binary industry
- A Relevant Degree or Qualification
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent Knowledge in Microsoft office program
- Cysec exams is a must
