Our client a Cysec regulated Forex company based in Limassol are currently recruiting for an experienced Arabic Account Manager join the sales department.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers who wish to open or manage a trading account
- Making telephone calls to prospective customers who are interested in trading Forex
- Maintaining contact with clients via telephone/email and live chat and at the same time ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction
- Providing general information regarding the platforms and services offered
- Follow up on queries and provide feedback to customers in a timely manner
- Informing clients of any new products and promotions that the company is offering
Salary :
- Our client is offering a basic salary of 1500 Euros plus commission
