We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced and client-orientated candidate for the position of English/Spanish/Polish/German/ Czech/Russian -Speaking Sales/Support Representative for our expanding team in Limassol.
· Building, developing and maintaining professional business relationship with clients via phone, chat and emails
· Develop and maintain relationships with potential partners
· Ensuring customer satisfaction, professional communication
· Keeping up-to-date with market information and monitoring trends in all major financial instruments
· Handling leads generated and then contacting these prospective clients and offering Company’s Services
· Identifying business development opportunities for the Company
· Provide training to clients on the use of the Company’s products
· Maintain high levels of client acquisition and first time deposits
· Meeting daily, weekly and monthly targets set by the Company
· Gain understanding of client needs before presenting relevant product and services
