The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology or other related field.
- Fluent in Greek and English - both written and verbal
- Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Knowledge of ERP, CRM, HR, BI systems, Accounting or other Business Software
- Able to work well under pressure
- Show of initiative and self-motivation
- Any working experience will be considered an advantage
The position will be responsible for:
- Provide technical and functional support - both on client site and remotely
- Responsible for the recording, resolution and monitoring of customer support incidents
- Take ownership of support incident investigation and resolution according to service level agreements.
- Provide implementation assistance including data migration, testing, and training and user manuals.
- Work to exacting project timelines and delivery requirements
