They are looking for a Customer Service Desk Agent for a dynamic, self-motivated and ambitious applicants to join their and expanding pioneer business to fill theit customer service and information desk in Larnaca. In this role you will be working with tourists and travel operators from all over the world.
Responsibilities:
- Dealing with all client enquiries
- Providing call center technical and support functions
- Resolving product and service related issues promptly and professionals
- Demonstrating available products and services to clients
Requirements:
- EU citizenship / work permit
- Fluency in Russian and English (written and verbal)
- Excellent personable and friendly customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and prepared to work shifts and weekends
- Demonstrate initiative and self-motivation
- Good organizational, problem-solving and computer literacy skills
The working hours are shift hours: 09:00 to 17:00 and 17:00 to 01:00
