Our client is a leading international CySec Licensed Forex Trading Company with offices in a number of locations worldwide. They are looking to hire a Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and promotional strategies, including: campaign strategy and development and project management and delivery. Location: Warsaw, Poland
Responsibilities
Online marketing:
- Marketing Strategy - Work closely with Business Development Manager and Digital Marketing team to create, execute and measure marketing campaigns, strategies using appropriate channels & monitor campaign metrics against plan and implement course corrections as necessary
- Marketing Analytics - Analyse marketing results to identify opportunities for growth and develop recommendations based on the data to share with key stakeholders
- Email Marketing: Create and execute B2C emails and coordinate landing pages with Marketing team. Develop and run A/B tests on subject lines, templates, landing pages and more
- Social Media - Expand and manage The Company's social media presence: Build brand vision within each credible channel. Coordinate paid and free adverts to drive and convert followers
- Content marketing & thought leadership - create various forms of content for Marketing, Business Development and Sales teams to position The Company's as the leader in financial services: reports, info graphics, email campaigns, presentations, blogs, etc. Analyze and measure the performance metrics and obtain necessary approvals
- Webinars and Seminar - Coordinate webinars and seminar series for our clients, affiliates and prospects. Liaise with editorial, digital teams and partners to ensure the content and strategy align to execute webinar promotion.
Offline marketing:
- Plan and execute all offline/online initiatives, projects, events and cooperation with offline/online stakeholders
- Coordinate with the PR agency
Skill Set Required:
- Previous relevant experience in a marketing position
- Undergraduate degree in marketing, finance, communications or related
- Fluent written and verbal Polish and English language skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal silks
- Excellent organizational and time management ability
- Exceptional analytical skills with a strong quantitative focus
- Knowledge of Excel, Google Analytics and Google AdWords; Experience with Silverpop is considered an advantage
The working hours are Monday - Friday from 9am - 6pm
