Our client is an established CySEC regulated Financial Trading Company based in Larnaca and they are looking to hire an experienced CEO/Executive Director to manage the team and operations here in Cyprus.
Responsibilities:
Establish, implement and oversee organizational and departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board and management members, and staff members as necessary.Direct and manage all activities of the company including Finance, Operations, Sales and Marketing as well as IT
Be a member of the management team and share the responsibility of the company's strategy for going forward
Oversee and improve all operational systems, processes and controls in order to support better the management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning
Reviews the back office activities in order to ensure that all accounts are created and activated accurately following the Know your Clients procedure and Due Diligence checks
Ensures the prompt, professional and efficient service to existing and potential clients
Develops, maintains and enhances relationships with Institutional partners affiliates and IB's, ensuring excellent standard of service
Manage and increase the effectiveness of all relevant operations and support services, through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
Drive initiatives that contribute to long-term operational excellence.
Ensure that the responsibilities of staff are accomplished to achieve business objectives proper. Provide training and support to all subordinates
Supervises and monitors job results of the Operations team
Experience, Knowledge, Skills:
At least 2 years experience in senior management function within a Cyprus Investment Firm (forex/binary options)
Knowledge of and experience in Finance, compliance and regulation matters
University Degree in a business related field or equivalent
CySEC certificate is an advantage
Knowledge of all operating functions of a Forex/CFD broker
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Fluency in English
Strong management and organizational skills
Proven experience in leading complex teams and with the ability to influence and motivate complex teams both virtually and directly
Proven ability to deliver work in a timely manner whilst under pressure within a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
Knowledge and understanding of the legal regulations to which a regulated broker is subject to
Strategic Thinking, Problem Solving, Planning and Organizing, Decision-making, Influencing, Leadership skills, Delegation, Time Management
The working days are from Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
