Description:
Monitoring of phone calls to ensure that regulatory requirements and internal procedures are not breached;
Tracking and identifying key issues and reporting them to the Supervising Officer;
Maintenance, Preparation and submission of reports
Fluent English and one of the following languages: Slovenian or Croatian or Hungarian;
University/college degree is an advantage, but is not a must;
Good communication and listening skills;
Great attention to detail, diligent, responsible and reliable person;
Computer literate;
