Job description.
Assisting in the creation, maintenance and incorporation of the company's Risk Management Policy.
Reception, Transmission and Execution of client trades.
Monitor risk systems/platforms for exposure/PnL/errors/mismatches
Monitor and manage trading applications - connectivity/pricing/administration
Reconciling trading platforms, counterparty balances and risk systems
Profiling clients and designing metrics and strategies for the optimal allocation of clients between books
Moving clients between books/Hedging/covering exposures in accordance with risk management policy.
Identifying and solving client's abusive trading strategies and fraudulent activities
Liaise with vendors and teams internally to manage trading applications, liquidity, product development and testing
Assess new and manage existing liquidity providers and associated technology providers to continually improve spreads, execution, margins, fees and technology
Trading operations including but not limited to: updating swaps, processing dividends and managed account performance fees
Researching, testing and implementation of financial instruments
Creating New Account types, Securities and Financial Instruments as per requirement
Creating and updating profiles and parameters across execution systems.
Generating reports for Management, Brokerage, and Trading Desk and Regulatory authority.
Working with developers and IT to automate processes
Address internal/external trade support queries
Assisting in the creation and incorporation of internal operational procedures.
Assisting in the creation and maintenance of Account Terms, execution policies, conflicts of interests, risk disclosures and other policies and documents as required by the company.
Assistance to VIP clients regarding Market news and trends.
Updating colleagues from other departments about ongoing market conditions, client queries and products.
Training staff across the business
Adhering to all Company policies and procedures.
Helping others areas of the business, as appropriate.
Remuneration
1800 - 2300 Euros gross depending on skills and experience
