The Company is seeking to recruit a candidate who is an Experienced Client Relationship Manager for a Senior Officer position of the Sales Department.
A candidate preferably should come from Investment Advisory, Fund Distribution, and Wealth Management, Portfolio Management background with Credit Institutions or Financial Companies. The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience within the financial sector.
Daily Activities: The following points generally outline (but not limited to) the scope of activities a candidate will be dealing with:
- Developing the assigned target market of potential clients and professional counterparties locally and abroad;
- Initiating sales-oriented communication building a client base and achieving goals through consistent application of professional skills and initiatives in Cyprus and abroad (London (UK), Zurich (CH), Munich (De), Moscow (Ru), etc.);
- Marking arrangements and meeting prospective opportunities in person;
- Assisting with building marketing strategies and approaches of the Company in the target market;
- Liaison with potential Partners and Intermediaries/Introducers globally and locally;
- Interacting with other team members and partners globally in the interest of the Company.
Education and Professional skills:
- Higher Economics/Finance/Banking degree or similar;
- Mandatory requirement - Professional Qualification Certification - CySec Basic or Advanced exam passed
(candidates preparing to pass either level shortly are also welcome to apply); - Computer literate;
- Fluency in English. Other EU language or Russian language will be considered a plus.

Benefits and Working Environment:
- Salary range: 2000 – 3500 (euros) per month in addition to which a sales commission based remuneration of high level is applicable (subject to discussion during an interview);
- Probation period: 3 month since the first working day;
- Hours of work (exceptions may apply): Monday to Friday from 9:00 until 18:00, lunch time 1 hour;
- Office premises: Highly equipped and modern looking business premises located in the front road of Limassol;
- Vacation: 23 days of paid vacation per year;
- Business trips: Applicable based on the business requirements of the Company.
