On behalf of our client, a Cysec regulated Forex Company, we are looking to recruit an experienced individual for the position of the Italian Account Manager for their offices based in Limassol.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serving clients on live chat
- Make welcome calls and follow up calls to new clients
- Handle incoming leads and develop them into clients
- Receive calls from clients and help them with any issues they may have
- Identify potential IB’s
PROFILE:
- Fluent Italian & English (native level) - any additional language -is an advantage
- Understanding of Financial / Capital markets – is an advantage
- Good insight into the regulatory regime for financial markets and investment firms
- Sales Oriented
- High preference will be given to candidates with experience in sales or in the field of Forex.
