On behalf of our client, a Cysec regulated Forex/Binary Options Company, we are looking to recruit an experienced individual for the position of the Compliance Assistant for their offices based in Limassol.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Provide support to the Compliance Team

·         Assist in the preparation of the compliance reports to the Board of Directors and regulatory bodies-Analyze regulatory developments, new compliance legislation, and market developments  

·         Assist in the preparation of new and/or update existing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with CySEC rules and regulations

·         Research regulations by reviewing regulatory bulletins and market standards behavior

·         Responsible for training of the company’s employees, clients and 3rd parties thus ensuring compliance-Complaints handling

PROFILE:

·         The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer, or have a Law Degree,

·         Experience in a similar role

·         Holder of the CySEC Advanced Examination.
