Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Generate sales leads
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Help resolve client problems on the fly and escalate to the correct dept.
- Fluent in Russian, English and additional East European language (Bulgarian, Romanian)
- 1-year experience with FOREX
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Ability to work night shift
