Investment Analyst

Reference Number: IAN1117

We are looking for passionate and self-motivated professionals to join our Investment Research team.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Keeping up to date and writing reports on global market developments, particularly with respect to currency, equity and commodity markets
  • Preparing charts, tables, or any other materials used in fundamental and technical reports and videos
  • Ensuring that reports are uploaded to the company websites and social media channels
  • Conducting fundamental analysis through Reuters Eikon, and technical analysis through the MT4 platform
  • Writing short reports on specific listed companies, sectors and stock market themes
  • Performing any other related tasks assigned by the Head of Investment Research
Required Qualifications

Main requirements:

  • BSc/MSc preferably in Business/Finance/Economics or related field (first or upper second class honours)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a necessary prerequisite
  • Strong interest and good understanding of the financial markets and economy
  • Experience in a similar position in the financial services sector is a plus
  • Professional qualification in technical analysis or pursuing CFA or ACCA / ACA qualification will be an advantage
